Storm Damage Repair & Insurance Claim Assistance
Help When You Need It Most
Arrowhead Roofing specializes in emergency and storm damage repair resulting from severe thunderstorms, tornadoes, hurricanes, fire, floods and other insurance-covered claims.
The only difference between an insurance loss and an elective remodeling project is dealing with the insurance company and their adjusters. That’s our specialty. At Arrowhead Roofing, we are experts in insurance work. In fact, typically we find that we are using the same estimating software program as the insurance company.
We work with all insurance companies and many are referring us to their policyholders because of our excellent work and earned reputation. Unless you are in the insurance settlement business, it pays to have a qualified contractor on your side to avoid losing thousands of dollars in replacement proceeds that you are entitled to receive under the terms of your policy.
Arrowhead Roofing’s insurance claims expertise includes (but is not limited to) the following:
- Damage assessment

Frequently Asked Questions About Insurance Claims
Will I slow down my claims process by using Arrowhead Roofing?
Using a contractor that specializes in insurance claims will increase the efficiency of the process. Your insurance company is used to consulting with experts that understand their insurance terminology and claim methods.
Can my agent help me get a better claim?
Your agent is in the business of marketing insurance policies and making sure clients are properly covered in case they were to incur a loss. The claims department of an insurance company is totally separate from your agent and will likely not be influenced by him or her.
The adjuster told me I did not have a claim or enough damage to make claim, so is there nothing I can do?
Most people don’t know that they are within their rights to ask for a re-inspection on their claim. We have represented thousands of clients on re-inspection and received the proper claim payment for our clients. Working a damage claim is not magic. Sometimes clients need an expert in the field on their side to help point out and discuss where the damage exists. The insurance company adjuster simply may have overlooked something.
Do I need Arrowhead Roofing at my initial inspection?
You do not necessarily need us for initial inspections but our representative should absolutely be present for re-inspections. We specialize and provide roofing services every day; insurance adjusters are highly trained but don’t possess the same knowledge we do. They do, however, have a very good understanding of construction principles. They will want to directly discuss differences of opinion on damages at re-inspection and it is important that you are properly represented by a legitimate contractor.
Will my insurance premium increase if I have a claim?
If you are in a storm-damaged area, your insurance is going up anyway. If you have a legitimate claim, you should file it after Arrowhead Roofing completes your inspection and instructs you to file. Always remember that all insurance companies keep track of all claims filed. We will not recommend claim filing unless damage exists and is covered under your policy. We never encourage clients to file improper claims.
If I get my claim approved, can I use any contractor?
As the policyholder, you may select any contractor of your choice. Arrowhead Roofing works long, hard hours and has a proven reputation of quality and excellence in construction. We handle and complete over 400 claims every year. Don’t trust your project to just anyone. Saving some money on a contractor that is not properly licensed and who does not carry proper insurance could cost you thousands later.
I received my insurance paperwork in the mail, but I don’t understand it.
Arrowhead Roofing provides free insurance assistance to all clients. We can fully explain your paperwork to you in terms that are easy to understand. We want you to fully understand your claim and project funds prior to making your decisions on your project. Explaining claim documents is something we do all the time. Many times, clients do not understand that with replacement cost policies that you will be receiving a second check after completion to recover the depreciation which has been deducted. Thus, you may be entitled to receive more money than you planned on.
