The Sand Springs Home, the Charles Page Monument and Library, and the Sand Springs Museum still anchor that founding story today. The current population is roughly 20,000, mostly in Tulsa County (a small portion sits in Osage County), and the city sits at the western gateway to the Tulsa metro where US-64 meets State Highways 51 and 97.
