Elite President's Club award winner & Oklahoma's oldest Master Elite contractor.

Sapulpa carries one of the more layered housing histories of any Tulsa-metro suburb. The historic Main Street district downtown is bracketed by brick homes built during the 1920s oil-boom years, the residential blocks around the Creek County courthouse trend mid-century, and the newer subdivisions southwest of town along the 209/Mounds Road corridor and out toward Sahoma Lake fill in with construction from the past two decades. Every vintage of roof on those blocks faces the same Green Country exposure: hail-bearing storms moving through in spring, high summer wind, and winter ice events that loosen poorly-driven fasteners by January.
Arrowhead Roofing has been installing roofs on Sapulpa homes since 1987. Our office sits in Tulsa about fourteen miles up the US-75 corridor, close enough that a Sapulpa job is a normal weekday for our crews. The roofs we put down are GAF systems, registered against the manufacturer’s top-tier workmanship warranties on the strength of Oklahoma’s longest GAF Master Elite® tenure plus a 3-Star President’s Club designation. The lifetime coverage tier, 40 years non-prorated, those credentials unlock is a level of warranty only a small fraction of contractors anywhere are eligible to register.
From the older brick stock along Dewey Avenue to the newer builds near Sahoma Lake, from the streets around Sapulpa High School to the Mounds Road growth corridor south of town, every Sapulpa job runs to the same GAF factory-certified spec. That is the standard Sapulpa has hired Arrowhead to deliver since 1987.
Tulsa-based, fourteen miles up US-75 from Sapulpa’s downtown. Family-owned since 1987 with the same crews working both ends of the corridor.
Tulsa’s deepest-tenured Master Elite contractor. Recognized by GAF with the residential 3-Star award given to a small fraction of installers.
Three coverage tiers in play on every Sapulpa install: 5-year baseline workmanship, 25-year Golden Pledge®, and the lifetime option, 40 years non-prorated, only 3-Star-rated contractors are authorized to issue.
Hail or wind event in Sapulpa? Our storm response team rolls to the site same-day for tarping and temporary leak control, regardless of clock or weekend.
Storms damage more than the roof. Siding, fascia, gutters, windows, and interior storm restoration on one Sapulpa work order.
Tri-state contractor licensure. BBB A+ rating without break since 2000. Google Guaranteed.
Roof installs in Sapulpa can be financed through Hearth®, with a no-interest payment option available on qualifying terms.
Inspection deliverables on a Sapulpa job include photos, measurements, and a written repair scope that reads cleanly for the adjuster.

Recently, I provided a comprehensive free siding quote for a potential customer. I began by conducting a thorough assessment of their property, evaluating the existing siding condition and identifying areas requiring attention. I then selected suitable siding materials, considering durability, aesthetics, and budget constraints. I meticulously calculated material costs, labor expenses, and any additional requirements. I presented a detailed quote, highlighting the benefits of the chosen materials and explaining the installation process. I ensured the customer understood each aspect of the proposal, addressing any questions or concerns they had. This process allowed the customer to make an informed decision, confident in the quality and value of the proposed siding solution.

I called Mark from Arrowhead to request a quote and he came to my house the same day. I wasn’t expecting him to be able to come that soon, especially since it was a Saturday. Mark was very courteous and professional. He got on top of my roof and then quoted me a very reasonable price to fix my roof. My roof was fixed the following Wednesday. I am very pleased with Arrowhead’s prompt service. Anytime in the future that I need roof repairs I will be calling Arrowhead.

Below is the roofing scope we run on Sapulpa homes most weeks of the year. The wording is intentionally specific so a homeowner can match what their roof is doing to which service from this page applies.
Sapulpa Roof Repair. Most Sapulpa calls we field are repair calls. Wind-lifted shingles after a storm, leaks at chimney flashings or pipe boots, the popped-nail tenting that shows up in late summer heat. We trace the failure to the source, repair to it, and document the work.
Sapulpa Roof Replacement. A Sapulpa replacement runs the full GAF system from deck up: tear-off, deck assessment, synthetic underlayment, ice-and-water shield where slope calls for it, starter, architectural shingles, ridge ventilation. Warranty paperwork goes in by default on each job we close out.
Free Sapulpa Roof Inspections. Free inspections anywhere in Sapulpa or surrounding Creek County. A trained Arrowhead estimator climbs the roof, photographs the conditions, and leaves a written report. The report is yours regardless of whether you decide to hire us for the work it identifies.
Sapulpa Storm Damage Restoration. Hail and wind ride east through Creek County and hit Sapulpa before reaching the rest of the Tulsa metro. After a storm event, we walk the roof, photograph the actual failure points, and produce a scope an insurance carrier can work from. Emergency tarping rolls the same day when a roof is opened up and needs immediate weather protection.
Sapulpa Commercial Roofing. Commercial systems we install around Sapulpa span TPO, modified bitumen, EPDM, built-up, and metal assemblies. Office properties, churches, schools, and the warehouse stock along the US-66 corridor all run through our commercial team on the documentation and warranty discipline that residential customers know us for.
Sapulpa’s housing mix is unusually layered for a Tulsa-metro suburb. The downtown core around Dewey Avenue carries early-1900s and 1920s brick construction built during the oil boom that followed the 1905 Glenn Pool strike. Sapulpa Original Town and the blocks circling the Creek County courthouse are predominantly mid-century. The newer subdivisions out toward Sahoma Lake and along the Mounds Road growth corridor south of town are 21st-century. Each era has its own roof failure modes, and the install scope has to match.
The weather story in Sapulpa is the open-southwest-approach story. Spring storms tracking up from western Oklahoma reach Sapulpa with full energy before slowing over the Arkansas River valley, which means hail is a routine event a Sapulpa roof has to be specified to take. Summer adds the sustained wind and UV that shortens shingle life on south-facing slopes. Winter brings the occasional ice storm. The right spec on a Sapulpa roof accounts for all three.
Sapulpa homeowners hold their roofs to a serious standard. This is a town built on the Frisco rail yard, the Creek County courthouse, the historic Main Street preserved on the Route 66 corridor, and a long-tenure ownership culture that has stayed with all of it. The homeowners we work for want a written scope, real answers about ventilation and decking, and a roof that holds up the way the warranty paperwork claims it will.
A roof claim is built on what an adjuster can put in the file. Our Sapulpa roof inspections ship the documentation in a form adjusters can review without a follow-up site visit, including photographs and field measurements. We meet adjusters at the property when a walk-through is scheduled. For an overview of how a roof insurance claim moves end to end, see our claims process guide.
Arrowhead Roofing is not a licensed public adjuster. We do not negotiate insurance claims. We provide roof inspections, document storm damage, and meet with insurance adjusters to support the inspection process.
Sapulpa was founded around 1850 when James Sapulpa, a Lower Creek Indian of the Kasihta band, set up a trading post near Polecat and Rock creeks. The Atlantic and Pacific Railroad (later the Frisco) reached the site in 1886 and made Sapulpa a railroad terminus and later a major Frisco overhaul yard. The 1905 Glenn Pool oil strike four miles southeast brought a brick-and-glass-and-pottery boom that filled in downtown. Sapulpa is the county seat of Creek County, claims roughly 22,000 residents today, and is best known locally as “The Crossroads of America” for its location at the original junction of US-66 and US-75. Notable landmarks include the Waite Phillips Filling Station Museum, the Sapulpa Historical Museum, the giant Route 66 gas pump at Sahoma Lake, and the historic downtown buildings from the 1920s oil-boom era.
Arrowhead Roofing has been a presence on Sapulpa roofs since 1987. From the Tulsa office, US-75 puts the city inside an easy weekday drive, and our crews are in Creek County most weeks. If you want a free Sapulpa roof inspection, a quote on a replacement scope, or storm documentation after a hail event, we are a phone call away.
Yes. Sapulpa is well inside our core service footprint, and the storm response line answers around the clock. When hail or wind damage opens a Sapulpa roof, we will normally have a tarping crew on site the same day. We document every visit, which means the photographs and notes you need on a claim are already in hand by the time you call the insurance carrier.
For a non-emergency Sapulpa inspection, the typical window is two or three days from the call. Storm-related demand can extend that, since we prioritize the worst damage first when a major weather event comes through. Inspections always end with the same deliverable: a written report containing photos, measurements, and a recommended scope.
Mostly GAF on residential. That covers the standard GAF architectural shingles for the typical Sapulpa replacement, the designer and luxury lines when a homeowner wants more, GAF-approved metal options including standing-seam and stone-coated steel, and the GAF commercial catalog for low-slope work. Concentrating on one manufacturer keeps installation consistent.
Get the damage documented before the insurance carrier picks an adjuster. A Sapulpa roof inspection from Arrowhead produces photographs, measurements, and a written scope you can submit with the claim. We attend the on-site walk-through with the adjuster too. Arrowhead is not a licensed public adjuster and does not negotiate claims, but tight documentation in the file changes the shape of the inspection that follows.
